My ultimate finess goal is just to look slim and be healthy. :D
And maintain!
because what's the use of losing weight and toning up when you don't maintain it
after awhile?

Lunch: Oats & a Yam Pau & a Char Siew Pau
Dinner: Yogurt & an apple & grapes
