Day 17: What are your top 3 reasons for being healthy?

1. To feel good & look good.
2. Have a healthy body so that I'll not fall sick easily.
3. Look fit and not sluggish and lazy.

Today I had :

Breakfast : Grapes & bottled green tea
Lunch : Bottled ice lemon tea
Dinner : A cup of soya bean drink & sweet chilli Tofu.
